How does the process really work?
Once you're added to the group, you'll get access to all courses, calls, and materials. Each month we have three workshops, two co-working calls, one hot seat/Q+A call. There are also different channels for feedback, accountability, and general questions.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If in the first 14 days after your purchase, you are unhappy for any reason, we will void your contract and refund you.* In order to take advantage of this, you must attend at least two live coaching calls in your first two weeks.
Do you offer any refunds ?

What will be created for me?
Nothing will be created FOR you. You'll be given the tools to create, use our templates, SOPs, and trainings to DIY (do it yourself). If you'd like us to create, we have discounted rates for members on all our creative services (we build funnels, brand kits, stan stores, sites + more!)
What if I want to add on a 1:1 call after signing up?

How long will this take? I need this, like, yesterday.
It depends where you are in your business when you join. Most of our clients hang with us for six months. I've had clients stay for 18 months and I've had clients stay for 3 months. It's up to you! (the beauty of being able to work at your own pace!)
